Our team immediately reviewed and critiqued revenue and financing assumptions, key economic indicators, and sensitivity analyses of changes in significant assumption variables. As a result of our findings, the grantee was given funding to construct the project. Since then, two major operating segments have opened on time and within the cost parameters outlined in the financial plan.
